[tri-wings] Russian, Eastern European Families?

Just wondering if we had any Russian or Eastern European families or contacts 
that I could link into. There is a family here in Australia feeling very 
isolated because their family is in Russia and they are here dealing with a 
little boy with T-18 and the assoiated cultural issues on top of everything 
else.
Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.
