Get in touch with Bureau of Vital Statistics in the state that she was born. 
They will be able to help you.  You can probably find information on the 
internet by doing a Google search and typing in your state +"Vital 
Statistics".  Good luck and let me know if I can help, I would be happy to 
help you find a link. (Let me know what State)
