[tri-wings] Question about birth certificat change

Question, where do I have to go for to get the birth
certificat changed or where do I have to call. On ours
they listed T18 and I wasn`t very happy about it.
Leyna had a douple ventrical... (???). Her little
heart gave up. I`m not from the States so I don`t know
how to do it and my husband wasn`t a big help when I
told him I didn`t like the listed reason. He just told
me to let it go. I would like to have it changed.
