[tri-wings] Quest regarding Advocate at Hospital

Hello everyone, 

First, the patient safety group with which I am involved produced a video about 
patient safety. 

It was shown in hospitals across Canada this week.

Does anyone have an experience to share related to having a valuable advocate 
at their children's Hosptal? 

I am referring to someone who acts to co-ordinate care for the complex kids, 
help parents navigate, and act as advocate when necessary.
