Hi Demi,
Please pass along my heartfelt condolences to Johns family, I am so sorry 
and sad to hear of his passing.
We had the honour of meeting John and his family when we attended the 
Scottish SOFT conference just after we lost Sophie. Johns family took time 
to look at Sophie's photos and talk to us. They played a part in helping us 
through when we were so raw and hurting.
John and his family were and will remain an inspiration.
