Hi Shiela....the aneurism was on/in her heart....she will be home from hospital on Tuesday. Sunny South Africa is freezing...(well for me anyway!!) temps down to 15 degrees.....aarrggh!! we are used to temps of about 20 degrees minimum in winter......<sigh> over indulged, I know!!
