[tri-wings] Poem copyright?

Hello all,
My daughter Melissa is on the committee for a SHARE Support group for infant 
loss and putting together a pamphlet to take to Hospitals/doc offices. They 
are wonderfing if the Poem "Compassionate Friend" could be used in it if 
listing the Author's name. Does anyone know or know where they might check?
