Sheila, thanks for your email. :-) .
We have all been through our very worst nightmares and continue to live 
them. I know that I personally felt that I could never terminate but being a 
part of these lists has helped me realise that it takes strong people to 
make that decision and now I'm thankful I didn't have to make that choice 
myself. I know that in the past we have had heated debates on being asked to 
include things in the subject header and I hope that we don't go there again 
but really we should out of consideration for others say if the email 
includes reference to termination, religion, new pregnancy etc.( anything 
really that may upset others). The very nature of this list means that we 
can sometimes be extremely sensitive and what we can tolerate one day is 
extremely upsetting on another but if we do just think about a little 
warning in the header then we can choose to read or delete.
As a sort of follow on from this, a new colleague at work has been having a 
similar conversation with me. She chose to terminate due to severe 
abnormalities where as I didn't. She thinks that my decision was harder 
whereas I think she is the stronger one of the two.
The rest of the team at work think we are both mad.......we both think we 
are quite normal :-)) depends on which side of the fence you're standing.

I didn't realise how much I missed you guys !
