It does not say

Interesting thought. My BIL and SIL joined a church(and their 10 kids)that
believes in adult baptist, and they also dedicate instead of baptize. She told
me that the bible says "believe and be baptized" and infants aren't able to
believe.
I guess I like to think that if God figures we have pure intentios with what we
believe, whether it be infant baptism or adult baptism, He is not going to
condemn us, or our little ones.
