[tri-wings] Re: Platitudes

The first thought that came to my mind was:

OF COURSE YOU WILL CALL 911
BUT YOU WILL NOT CALL YOUR MOTHER IN LAW....

SORRY BUT THAT IT IS WHAT CAME TO ME.

Big hugs for you and I am so sorry that these awful things were said to
you...words are hard to take back.

Tracy mom to Cody (Trisomy 9)

similar from my husband. This past weekend we were doing the christmas
cards (a bit late) and I was ordering them with the usual tag line Love the
Rooney's John, Michelle, Michael, Caitlin, Siobhan and Our angel Brendan. I
turned the computer to show John and he asked if we could leave Brendan off
the card. I was so stunned, but I did it to please him. Let me tell you
how eart sick I was. I was so angry with him for asking and even more angry
that I did it. I cried and cried. On Sunday morning I got up and he was
like are you talking to me yet I yell at him the I needed to do the card
over and include Brendan on it and that was the only way I was going to feel
better. We went to church and when we got back he apologised and said that
he didn't mean to hurt me and that if I wanted to do it over that it would
be ok. I did. New picture and new tag will be mailed today.
