the other day at work, we got the call that there was a 17 wk loss who had
delivered at home who needed to come to our floor to deliver the placenta
and for us to do pictures ect. Now I cant deal with the emotions of the
parents, I used be able to but its to soon after loosing Rebecca, I mean I
could if I had to but I  would be baling,anyway I helped with the pictures
as it really takes 2 to get decent pictures, and that is a passion of mine
to many nurses just take the bare min of pictures to "get it over with" not
realizing that that is all this family is ever going to have.  Yes it was
hard   but healing even though the family said they did not want pictures,
my only hope is that in years to come when if they look at them they see the
tiny hands on my co worker Tammys hand, and see how she cradled the child in
her hands
