I say mention it to them. When my sister got pregnant with my niece,
Elizabeth (who is now 3) i told them that they really should tell her
doctor, especially since we have no idea if my now ex or myself was the
carrier. A little friendly advise won't hurt. Cheryl didn't look at it as me
butting in, just being concerned over the health of her daughter.
