Hi,
I guess I'm in the same predicament that Holly was in and I didn't
know it. My computer automatically updates all of my applications
(actually, I have to approve them.)= Problem #1
My camera is a Sony Cyber Shot 3.2 Mega Pixels that I bought when my
7 year old granddaughter was born in 2001. I love the camera. It
takes very good pictures. I've never had a problem with it. = Old
camera is problem #2.
I've never had any problems downloading my pictures using my SanDisk
Reader that I got at the same time that I got my camera. I've even
gotten a newer one, but that won't work with my Memory Sticks. They
probably don't even make Memory Sticks any more. I've tried to find
a 2mg one and can't. Old Reader = Problem #3.
Tonight, my computer says that all 4 of my Memory Sticks are
unreadable. I went to the Sony site and the San Disk site to get
help. I downloaded and verified. Nothing worked.
Do I have to get a new camera in order to be able to download my
pictures to my computer???? Or can I take them to Walgreen's or Wal-
Mart or someplace else and get them downloaded to a disk? I'm
feeling very frustrated right now.
Hugs,
Sheila Helleson
