[tri-wings] Off Topic..Shingles

Has anyone ever had Shingles?? Found out today that I have them. The Dr. gave 
me some meds and some cream for the pain, but the rash is still really sore. I 
was wondering if anyone knew of any home remedies to relieve the pain and 
itching. He said that it was probably brought on by stress, and that I am 
supposed to take it easy for a few days. Hard to do when you are an assistant 
manager at three skating rinks. I managed to get today off, but that's all I 
can take. You'd think it would be easier to get a day off when your Mom is the 
boss, but oh no.    
But anyway if anyone has any home remedies for the rash I would greatly 
appreciate it.
