 So sorry to hear that you are feeling down. There is always light at the
end of the tunnel (unless its some bugger in the middle with a torch, which
sometimes happens). We all have good days and bad days. I just hope the good
outnumber the bad. Your friend's suggestion sounds like sound advice because
if you can, count your blessings and smile. Easy for me to say I know, but
if, as you say, having a vent makes you feel better, then vent away, there's
always someone willing to listen.

(How many clichés did you count ? - LOL..........but you know what I mean,
take care)
