Well, I believe that these two men may have been sincerely trying to develop a 
better way, but it is all about genetic engineering now.  Nobody wants to have 
a child with disabilities and there are so many people that would pay lots of $ 
to make sure their child didn't.  Big money to be made.  Check out the movie 
"Gattaca."  It's already happening with pre-implantation genetic testing in 
cases of ivf.  I'm not trying to start an big debate or controversy, I am not 
against ivf, but preimplantation genetic testing is a form of genetic 
engineering, get rid of what you don't want or what you think is imperfect.
