Heather, we weren't told to wait at all. In fact it turns out that Twinkle
was conceived just 8 weeks after Abi (remember they add 2 weeks up front so
you could say it was 6 weeks).
We have a 60-70% chance of a normal delivery this time round (following the
c/s). Main factors for having to have another c/s if Twinkle is breech or
big. But that's the same for anyone, but if there are any complications at
all, even minor ones, they will step in earlier as don't want to take any
risk of a rupture. Not that that's likely but it is a consideration.
I wouldn't dream of contradicting your doctor, if you have reasons to wait
of course you should, but I'm not sure if you automatically need to.
