Tyler's story really touched my heart.  It doesn't matter if he had a
trisomy or not, you still share a common bond with all of us here.  It's sad
that so many of us have to be here but it really helps to know you're not
alone.  Tyler sounds like he was an adorable little boy and I'd love to see
