Sweetheart I'm so sorry that Thom's reaction wasn't what you had wanted and
I'm glad that you could rely on your friend to support you.I am not going to
make excuses for Thom but I would say that it is difficult for someone who
wasn't "there" to have the same emotions that you do.Yes he could have been
there to support you but he won't grieve Leslie's passing in the same way
that you will so placing her stone doesn't hold the same importance for
him.Both Barry and i are parents of angels but we only support each other
through it.He doesn't grieve for my boys and I don;t grieve for Katie.I
never knew her..Does this make sense.? I am in no way excusing his behaviour
but try and not be too hard on him.

And I am sure that Leslie is very proud of the stone you gave her.Have you
taken any photos that we could see?
