Marianne,

I don't think you are wrong.  Kids want answers, the
simpiler the better and they happily accept them.  I
sometimes question how we deal with it with Rylee. 
I've told her that Jessie & Kenny (my brother) sleep
up in the clouds.  Now out of nowhere she will look up
and so "oh there's the cloud that Jessie is on, Hi
Jessie"  She also can't wait til we get out of
Applebees because we have made it tradition to send
the balloon to Jessie.  Keeps Rylee happy and saves me
from having to worry if she is putting the string
around her neck and I truely believe that Jessie gets
them.  I don't think there is anything wrong with
teaching the kids about your beliefs - and that's what
it boils down to - is what our faith has taught us.
