is the AFP test the same as the triple screen test they do with every
pregnancy or are they 2 different things?..   if it is i have had it done
with all 3 of the boys and with keilab nothing came back abnormal...   i don
t think i will be 100% at ease until that baby is in my arms and i see that
everything is just fine...   i am sure that is true with all of us...

this is my 3rd appointment and i have had an ultrasound with my first 2...  
this is the doc who delivered keilab...   he is not the doc i had during the
pregnancy with keilab...   he just did my c~section...   he is a great
person and very personal, not to mention nice looking also...   he sat down
beside me on my bed later that night after keilab was born, not at a
distance like most docs, and told me that he usually tries to put himself in
his patients shoes but was not gonna even try to do that with me...   i
asked him if he had ever delivered a baby with t13 and he said yes but not
one he did not know about...   at my 6 week check after delivering keilab,
he cried in the room when i told him i was glad i did not know about keilab
s disorder before he was born because i was able to enjoy those 9 months
when i carried him because i had no worries...   i think he will do his best
to make sure i am at ease with everything...
