[tri-wings] Karen's Going To Be Away

Yeppum,
Fun times happening here - NOT.
Alex has a school camp starting Wednesday and guess who gets to go and do the
night shift :-)) So we will be away Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.
The following Tuesday the master is having his pacemaker surgery. Unfortunately
it really is a big deal for him as his pacemaker is high up under his ribs (he
had too much scar tissue to place it in his abdomen). Expected hospital stay is
24 - 48 hours in ICU post surgery then 5 to 7 days on the ward. (Jocelyn - it
will be Westmead). With any luck we will get an MRI done as well, though
Medtronic are in doubt about that. Alex will then have another 2 weeks at home
recovering.
In the meantime we are busy trying to get school assignments finished :-(((

For the Aussies - I will have a house sitter if anyone needs to ring me for
stuff. I will leave parcels out and made up for T-18 and T-13, just let Becci
know if you need them posted.

Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.
