Dear Jill
 
I'm so sorry for the loss of your precious daughter, it must be incredibly hard 
right now.  I hope you have lots of love and support around you to get through 
the first few months.  You must do whatever works for you and if its going back 
to work, then good for you.  I loved the way you described how all your 
children participated in her birth, it sounded so perfect and those memories 
will be a great comfort to you all in the years to come.
