Sophie,
I will keep you and Simon in my thoughts and prayers. My father-in-law was
diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January, just over a month before Emma
died. They've done radiation and chemo, but weren't able to shrink the
tumor, so they are doing more chemo, but it's pretty much just to buy time,
not to cure. You're right--it's just not fair. And at times I just sit and
wonder what is going to happen next.
