Trisha,
This is all still such a raw pain yet for you--it hasn't been very long at
all.  We've all had longer to cope.  It will be eight years on may 4th since
Erin passed from my arms into God's arms, so I'm one of the older ones--in
terms of time--on here.  It still hurts, but it hurts really bad less often.
When I lost her my arms felt so empty and I felt like I was at such loose
ends--I couldn't get motivated.  Support groups are great if you are in an
area where one is available.  We belong to SOFT--their anual Conference is
in Salt lake City in July.  Do you have any possibility of going to that?
To meet so many other parents that have or had T-18 children is
unbelievable.  Seek out your friends that aren't afraid to listen to you,
and know that we are all here.
