Your feelings are all part of the grief process, anger is one of the first
stages of grief it has only been a short time for you.  Of course you want
your baby back we all want them back they were better off with us where we
could watch them.  But we all know that's not possible... as to how you get
through it ...it's so tough and you feel like cr*p MOST days for a long time
but slowly slowly it does get easier... is there a counsellor you can talk
to someone who has no emotional tie to you or your baby is ideal and someone
trained in grief counselling... it really does help to talk about your
anger, guilt sadness and feeling that life is not worth living.  I am very
concerned about you right now are you alone???  Is it possible for you and
your husband to go away together for a few days??
