Gloria,   I have also switched to Equal even though Atkins says Spenlda but
Ireally can't stand Splenda. I used to take 4 teaspoons of sugar in my
coffeeand can't believe I can actually drink it without it! I eat a lot of
chicken, salad and tuna and try to keep my portions small.  Some of the low
carb stuff (like the blueberry bread and the Carb Options ice cream) tates
really good so I don't feel the need to cheat with the real stuff.  I
startedan 18 and now a 16.  I am hoping to at least be a 12 or hopefully a
10.  I burn about 200 calories on the treadmill each night.   Keep up the
good work and let us know if you loose anymore!!   Hugs, Robyn
