I agree with you 100%. If you were teaching CCD, you were in a
Christian atmosphere! Did the director think you were going to be
telling them non-Christian things? I'm sorry that you felt like you
had to quit. I'll bet the students and the parents wished that you
wouldn't have. I showed pictures to my students who asked to see
them - and I didn't have parental permission. But I was careful in
choosing the ones that I showed them. (Pictures of my daughter and
son-in-law holding this little blanket of baby.)
And have a happy day today. You are celebrating your daughter. And
what a wonderful way to do it. I'll bet when your family and friends
realized that you were going ahead with the balloon release, they
knew how much this means to you. I'm glad that they are going to be
there to support you. Look for those tinks ; )
