Dear Tiffany,
It's no use trying to hide from the grief it just compounds and catches up
with you.  I know because I thought I had dealt with my grief well but had
actually been suppressing my feelings and six years after Louise was born I
started to cry at the drop of a hat.  So I saw a counsellor and wondered why
it had took me so long to deal with it.  So my answer to you would be one
day at a time... find a good counsellor to talk to and be kind to yourself
and let your=self grieve.

Don't worry about the world coming to an end tomorrow it's already tomorrow
