Hi Nicole,
I'm sure this year will be especially hard for you.  Some suggestions that
might work well are to make a donation to the pediatric ward or the NICU at
the hospital.  My daughter was just telling me this past weekend that their
NICU can always use very preemy sleepers.  Or a donation to the children's
section of your local library.  Every year we add a new angel ornament to
the tree for Erin.

I know everyone has their own opinion on this, but I always recommend
support groups.  Especially one for parents that have lost a child.  It just
really helps to be able to talk with others that have been through the same
thing.
I'm sure staying busy with work helps, too.
