Trisha I have not read anyone else's reply on this so maybe repeating their 
thoughts or maybe one on my own but...please please please get professional 
help NOW!!!! I was physically, mentally and emotionally abused by my ex (not 
all to do with losing the boys but IMHO any form of physical violence is one 
hit too many...)

Maybe he will agree to seek help together but if not then go alone....don't for 
goodness sake let it go un-noted.I did for too long and it's not somewhere I 
would ever want to be again.

Please don't think I'm over reacting....I'm worried about you!!
