[tri-wings] He hit me, what do I do?

 Ok this is hard to write, but I need advice. Last night charles
was typing at the computer and I was trying to ask him a question,
when all of the sudden he just snapped. He got really mad and
was yelling. So then he came and layed down on the bed with me
and I thought he was done so I asked him what all that was about
and he wasn't done, he freaked out again and this time he hit
me. afterwards he felt really bad and kept appologizing for it
and he admitted he hit me. After about an hour after it happened
he claims he didn't hit me he just pushed me. it wasn't a push,
I felt it. It is the second time he has ever hit me in the 2
and a half years that we've been married. Last time was in the
summer. So what do I do? I know he's grieving, but he can't take
it out on me like that. I really don't know what to do and need
all your advice. Please help!
