Welcome back Demi,

Essentially you can subscribe and/or change your own 
mail settings at  http://www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi
Follow the instructions to log on (especially the password
part).  To subscribe to tri-family scroll down the box, select 
tri-family, and click on "select list".  This page will tell 
you if you are subscribed and if not give you the opportunity 
too.  If you aren't then click "subscribe".  If you are already 
subscribed but set to vacation hold, or after you do subscribe 
then you will be given a page with the option to click "change 
settings".  Select "digest" and click "update your account".  
Then click on "Back to list menu" and then "main menu".
Go through the process again with Tri-wings.
