 If you get the SOFT magazine there is a form in there to fill out and send for 
the balloon release, I just mailed Julie's today! But in the past I have just 
emailed Barb VanHerreweghe and requested a balloon for Jul. Her addy is 
barbsoft@xxxxxxxx You just need to include your angels name,dx,birthdate, angel 
date, and your home address.
