The only thing I would add to Mandy's wonderful explanation is that when you
want to reply to what someone else posted, just hit reply and respond to
their note as you like.  Karen asks though that we use the others words as
needed, but to please delete the rest.  Kinda like I did with Mandy's note.
I used part of it so you would know what I was referring to, but then
deleted the rest.
