Yikes. We're hoping it won't take very long (of course that's what everyone hopes for) but houses in our neighborhood are on the market an average of 60 days, so I guess that would make me happy. Mike doesn't want to move until we have an offer because he doesn't think empty houses show as well - of course this is what he thinks, he wont' have to clean or make arrangements for the children and the dog everytime someone wants to see it - we'll see who wins this one.
