Yes, the AFP is the same as the triple screen.  I have to clarify that all
of this info is my opinoin only - I am by no means medically trained.  I
wish you luck and I hope you get the answers you need today.  I too think it
is in the hands of God and as long as you do everything you can for the
health of the baby than the rest is up to Him and there's nothing you can do
to change that.
