I wouldn't put Erin's ashes outside either.  I would keep them close by.  
That's beatiful that you have surrounded her in angels.  I do scrapbooking and 
I made Brittany a page with some of the balloon pictures you have sent me and 
also some of the cards that were attached to her balloon with her name on it.  
I have also make her a page when she was born and in the hospital.
