>>>>>>>>>I know what you mean about the physical reaction in relation to the
time of
year around your loss. Every year when winter weather hits here in Florida
(which is a very subtle change) I get that physical reaction, tension,
depression, moodiness etc... This year will be our fourth since Emma was
born and died and I really hope it does not happen again. Me and two buddies
(Hi Sandra and Corinne) are actually hoping to take a girls weekend after
the holidays as we all experienced our losses in dec-jan and just need that
rest after all that stress.
I used to love Christmas and the holidays. I hope that that joy comes back
soon. >>>>>>>>>>>
last year we traveled just after Rebecca's first angel day.....planing the
trip did make it a little easier as we had something nice to look forward
to, not just the annaverary of the day she died. We pre tanned before we
went and I really found the tanning lights made me feel less depressed,
lack of sun light I guess. And boy do I hear you on the loss of interest in
the holidays, I only do it for my son Mark otherwise I would probably not
bother
