I also had braces as a teen and so wish that I had had a permanent retainer 
affixed because I had braces again aged 23 for 6 months to try to improve my 
bottom set.  The ortho believed that even though I had two teeth removed my 
teeth were still crowding so he filed in between my teeth to try and make 
more room!!!!  I have never had anything more painful I told him childbirth 
was preferable!!! and now my bottom teeth are still very crooked.

Don't worry about the world coming to an end tomorrow, it's already tomorrow
