Just wanted you to knopw I was thinking about you and your family yesterday.  
Had planned to send you a note then, but I got home from work and pretty much 
sacked out,  My back was killing me--couldn't even take a good deep breath.  
Wierd, but much bettter today.
Anyway, I hope Joan's birthday was peaceful for you and full of sweet memories.
