Happy Belated 6th Birthday to Janelle Baptista - which I've already  
missed.  Sorry!  Hope it was a great day!

Happy  24th  Birthday on the 24th to Michael Capp!!

I have to do the greeting now because I would forget the closer to  
the 24th is comes.
My granddaughter & Hope's sister, Alison Grace McDonnell, is 3 today,  
August 21st.  And my son and d-i-l's anniversary is August 23rd.   
Since school has already started for them, they celebrated their 10th  
anniversary a couple of weekends ago, but they will be coming to Des  
Moines to help Ali celebrate this weekend, too.  And stop on the way  
at the Omaha Zoo.  My kids all seem to love that particular zoo, but  
I've never been there.  I'd love to be able to walk well enough to go  
with them.  Last year, Dick pushed me around in a wheelchair at the  
Des Moines Zoo.  He was exhausted - going up and down the little hills.
