I finally figured out how to do a reply.  It is so simple, one would have
thought it couldn't have been missed.
But, my point is to say that I'm sorry that it continues to hurt so much. 
But I, too, am glad that you went.  That is part of the healing process.  
Allow yourself time to deal with the pain and sadness, especially on
important days like yesterday.
