[tri-wings] Re: Birthdays & Angel Days

A big thank you to everyone for thinking of us on Susanna's birthday.

Her 5th birthday seemed like such a monumental birthday to me. Thinking
that she would be starting school next year and what a big girl she would
be...

I'm sad to say that we really didn't do anything to celebrate it though. I
would have liked to, but it just didn't happen. Except that Laura and I
sang "Happy Birthday" to her and kissed her face in a photograph - finishing
off with a big hug from Laura :-))

We didn't get to the Cemetery. The weather was cold, wet and windy and just
not good to take Clare out in. But we will go and visit her grave on the
weekend and place some fresh flowers there.

I seemed to have visitors all day (not that they mentioned her birthday) and
Laura and Clare, as always, kept me very busy.

So all in all it was a quiet day, with a few tears and lots of wonderful
memories.

Thanks again,

Take care,
Sue
