[tri-wings] Balloon release

Does anyone know where I email my boys details to this time for the balloon 
release or is it easier for the wonderful person releasing the balloons for me 
to fill in the details at the conference ??
 
One day I will get there and do it for myself !!!!!!!!!!!!!
