[tri-wings] Balloon Release...Continued!

Hey Everyone,
       Is anyone interested in releasing Chloe's balloon this year? I've 
emailed her info to Barb, I just need someone to release for me since I can't 
be 
there again. I think last year Deanna or Gloria did it. THANKS EVERYONE! :D
