Gloria,
I still have bowls of vinegar under the drapes, on the countertops,
in the hallway, and under a chair in the living room. But I was
still getting 'gunk' in the microwave every time I used it and had to
keep cleaning it out. I have now put baking soda in there in a small
dish, and I think the smell is finally going away. However, I've
noticed that the cupboard next to the mw - with my spices in in -
still smells. And so does the cupboard with the Tupperware canisters
in it. Guess I'm going to have to do some more cleaning! It never
ends. (And I've burned popcorn before, too - too many times.)
Tell Kim I think they have ionizing machines that they use in hotel
rooms - usually to get out smoke from a smoke-free room. I bet that
would probably do the trick. Too bad I don't have one of those.
