[tri-wings] Appendixes

I SO know about the appendix thing.  I was going in and out to hospital for 
about eight months before I got really poorly.  I wasnt that bad though as I 
managed to finish my mexican . . . before throwing it all back up.  Waited 
three hours to see a doctor (in a Peruvian hospital on a Sunday) and then just 
as I got up to go into the room collapsed.  Luckily they had a scanner onsite 
and could see it was about to pop, so they knocked me out and I woke up minus 
my appendix and a big bit of gangrenous intestine.  NICE.
