[tri-wings] Re: Annalis

Dear Karen,
All I can say is yes your ob was and probably still is an idiot and that was
quite some time ago and thankfully drs have learned from those mistakes, we
have women going for D & C's all the time postpartum and after M/C. It is
very rare that women have postpartum sepsis these days. We did have a women
'go off' the other night after a c-section, routine (elective) op, baby was
fine she either had meningitis prior to surgery or developed it postpartum
but she was transferred out to John Hunter in Newcastle for ICU care because
all our HDU beds were full and we could not care for her in maternity but
they had her out quick smart!!! She will probably come back later in the
week.

Don't worry about the world coming to an end tomorrow it's already tomorrow
