>>>>>>>I hated to come on here and tell you all this but I know some of you
have
had the same unfortunate loss I suffer and maybe you have some answers. I
really am so lost right now all I can do is cry and think what if.......I
had done this or that. Michael was such a beautiful baby it just isnt fair.
I am so mad. Please anyone advise how do you cope.<<<<<<<<<<<

I am so sorry for your loss. How you are feeling is totally normal for what
you are going though. Please try not to blame yourself you did nothing
wrong. We lost our Rebecca 2 1/2 years ago and I still have days that I
don't want to get up and only get Dressed because my DH and son will be home
soon. House work has become so unimportant to me that I don't want to invite
people over. And I have been in a fog for so long that I forget to keep up
friendships. It is getting clearer for me...........I can look back and see
that I am better then I was, I am still not back to "normal" and I doubt
that I ever will be. As others have said try not to push your husband away
you are going through this together and men do it way differently than women
do. I joined Bereaved families and have gone to a few drop in sessions and
that does help, they want me to join a group session, I am not sure I am
ready for that yet. Also remember that since you so recently gave birth you
are also at risk for post partum depression which can be bad for anyone but
your loss will make the potential much greater. And please don't worry about
venting hear! That's what we are here for
